How to do it
This Sweet peanut dessert is one of the best budget meals you can make at home. Simple, fast, and made with ingredients you already have — ideal for beginners or anyone planning affordable family dinners. Let’s cook smarter, not harder.
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2½ cups of milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of crumbled paçoca (Brazilian-style peanut candy)
For the caramel sauce:
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of water
Preparation Method:
Start by making the caramel. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sugar and water. Stir occasionally until it turns into a golden caramel.
Pour the caramel into a bundt pan (ring-shaped mould), tilting to coat the bottom evenly. Set aside.
In a blender, blend the condensed milk, milk, and eggs for about 2 minutes until fully combined. Add the crumbled paçoca and gently mix with a spoon—do not blend.
Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mould.
