Ingredients:
- 2 packets of passion fruit-flavoured jelly (gelatine dessert)
- 400 ml of milk
- 200 g of cream
- 400 g of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 fresh passion fruit (pulp only)
- ½ cup of cold water
- ½ cup of sugar
Preparation:
dessert:
Start by dissolving the two packets of passion fruit jelly in 200 ml of hot milk. Stir well until fully dissolved.
Pour the dissolved jelly into a blender. Add the remaining 200 ml of cold milk, the cream, and the condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Lightly grease a flan or bundt mould with a small amount of oil, then pour in the mixture. Refrigerate until fully set (about 3–4 hours).
Passion Fruit Syrup:
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar until it turns golden. Add the cold water and passion fruit pulp (with seeds), stir, and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
Allow the syrup to cool completely.
Once the dessert is set, carefully unmould it and pour the cooled passion fruit syrup over the top.
