- 500g heavy cream;
- 300ml ice water;
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation method:
First, place the cream and ice water in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes. Then, strain through a sieve (the butter will remain in the sieve). After straining, pour more ice water over the butter to remove all the whey. Transfer the butter to a container and season with salt, mixing well. Store the butter in lidded jars in the refrigerator.
