- 1/2 can heavy cream
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g margarine
- Salt to taste
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 400g cream cheese (catupiry)
- 250g sliced mushrooms
- Egg yolk for brushing
Preparation method:
First, combine the cream, flour, eggs, margarine, and salt in a bowl. Knead the dough with your fingers until smooth.
Finally, roll out the dough and line the bottom and sides of a greased and floured springform pan. Set aside some dough to cover the pie.
Filling:
Let’s start by heating the olive oil, add the onion and let it brown, then quickly sauté the tomato, mushroom, and chicken. After that, turn off the heat, add salt, pepper, parsley, and mix in the catupiry cheese. Wait for the filling to cool, then pour it over the dough.
