Recipe Ingredients:
🍋 Lemon Layer:
- 1 packet of powdered drink mix (lemon flavour)
- 400 g chilled heavy cream (or long-life cream)
🍓 Strawberry Layer:
- 1 packet of powdered drink mix (strawberry flavour)
- 400 g chilled heavy cream (or long-life cream)
Note: You can replace the flavours with any other powdered juice flavours you prefer (e.g., mango, raspberry, granadilla).
👩🍳 How to Make It
1. Lemon Cream Layer
In a deep bowl, pour the chilled cream. Add the lemon-flavoured powdered drink mix.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 4–5 minutes, or until thick, creamy, and slightly fluffy.
Pour this lemon mixture into a glass serving dish or divide into individual dessert cups. Smooth the surface gently.
2. Strawberry Cream Layer
Repeat the same process with the strawberry powdered mix and cream.
Once thick and creamy, pour this layer gently over the lemon cream layer.
Spread evenly for a smooth finish.
3. Chill and Serve
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until both layers are fully set.
