Method:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, warm milk, sugar, salt, and eggs. Knead the mixture well until it starts to come together. Add the butter and continue kneading for about 15 minutes, or until you have a smooth, elastic dough.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Next, roll out the dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then cut into donut shapes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the donuts in batches until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
