- 120ml heavy cream

- 2 passion fruits (pulp only)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
Crepe Batter:
Blend all batter ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet and pour a small amount of batter using a ladle. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook on both sides until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter and set the crepes aside.
Chocolate Cream:
In a saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a smooth cream. Let it cool slightly, then beat with the heavy cream until silky. Use this cream to fill the crepes.
Passion Fruit Syrup:
In another saucepan, combine the passion fruit pulp, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until it thickens into a syrup. Let it cool.
Assembly:
Fill the crepes with the chocolate cream, fold or roll them, and drizzle with the cooled passion fruit syrup before serving.
