Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 carton of cream (250 ml)
- 1 can or carton of sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
- 1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 2 packets of unflavoured gelatin (12 g each)
- 12 tablespoons of warm water
- 100 g of dried grated coconut or coconut flakes
Preparation:
Start by blending the milk, cream, condensed milk, and coconut milk in a blender for about 2 minutes until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavoured gelatin in the warm water, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and blend again for about 1 minute until well combined.
Lightly grease a mould with a little oil, then pour in the dessert mixture. Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until set.
Once firm, unmould carefully and decorate with a drizzle of condensed milk and a generous sprinkle of grated coconut.
