Stuffed cheesecake, see ingredients:
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- +/- 250 g sweet tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 150 g provolone cheese, cut into small cubes or 1 1/2 cups (teaspoon)
- 150 g chopped Calabrian sausage or 1 cup (teaspoon)
- Salt to taste (+/- 5 g)
Preparation method:
Place 100 ml of milk, 100 ml of oil, and 2 eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, pour the mixture into a bowl and add 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese and approximately 250 g of sweet cassava flour, adding it little by little and stirring until smooth. Then, add 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 150 g of diced provolone cheese, 150 g of chopped Calabrian chorizo, and salt to taste, and mix everything well.
Finally, pour the batter into a pan with a hole in the center and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes. Our stuffed cheese bread is ready! Now all that’s left is to serve it.
