Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 8 to 10 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 kg ground beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Scallion
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 50 g green olives
Preparation method:
First, sauté the ground beef with a tablespoon of oil, onion, garlic, chives, chopped olives, and salt to taste. Add the remaining seasonings to your liking; set aside. Next, cook 2 eggs and cut them into chunks. Set aside. Next, cook the potatoes and mash them in a potato masher or with a fork (while they’re still hot). Add salt to taste and 8 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Then, knead with your hands until well mixed and you have a smooth dough (if necessary, add more wheat flour to achieve the right consistency).
Now, flour a mold and place the dumplings inside when assembling them so they don’t stick. With your hands, sprinkle a little wheat flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Place a portion of potato and fold it into a shell. Add the filling and a little boiled egg, seal the edges, and place them in the dumpling mold.
