- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12 g)
- 1 packet of cherry-flavored gelatin (or flavor of your choice)
- 150 ml of water
Preparation method:
Let’s start by mixing the unflavored gelatin with the cherry gelatin (or your preferred flavor) in a bowl. Then, add the water and stir until the two gelatins dissolve. Let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, microwave for 30 seconds or heat in a double boiler until the gelatin becomes liquid.
Finally, pour the mixture into ice cube trays (or silicone molds) and freeze for approximately 25 minutes. Then, simply unmold them. And our jelly beans are ready, ready to serve.
