Cone pizza, see the ingredients:
- 3 Bread Yeast Tablets
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 5 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Cup Beer
- 5 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Step by step:
Start by placing 3 tablets of bread yeast in a bowl, dissolving them with 2 teaspoons of salt and 5 teaspoons of sugar, and mixing thoroughly until smooth. Next, add 5 tablespoons of oil and 1 cup of beer (the beer cup should be substituted, as it will make the dough crispy). Add 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour and mix well until smooth.
Then, set the dough aside to rest for 40 minutes in a plastic bag. After 40 minutes, cut small portions of the dough onto a floured surface. Now, grease the cone with olive oil and roll the dough. Be sure to press the ends together to prevent the filling from oozing out.
Afterward, place the cones on a baking sheet, always with the base facing down, bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 20 minutes, and then unmold. Place the cones horizontally to bake the dough inside for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown inside and out.
Finish by filling the cones with tomato pizza sauce, pepperoni, chicken, chorizo, cod, onion, pitted olives, ham, tomatoes, oregano, mozzarella cheese, etc.
Assemble Pizza:
Finally, brush the inside of the cone with a little tomato sauce. Layer on your favorite chopped ingredients, finishing with mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake the filled cones until the mozzarella melts. Our pizza cone is ready! Now it’s ready to serve.
Note: You can use pizza or puff pastry dough to make the cones, but keep the dough very thin.
