- 2 boxes of fresh strawberries
- 200 g Ninho milk powder (or any full-cream powdered milk)
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 small cartons of heavy cream (or table cream)
Chocolate Ganache:
- 200 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 small carton of heavy cream
Preparation Method:
Start by lining the bottom of a glass dish with fresh strawberries. Set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the milk powder, condensed milk, and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
Let the cream cool slightly, then pour it over the strawberries in the dish. Set aside again.
Now prepare the ganache: melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Once melted, mix in the cream until smooth and glossy.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the milk cream layer. Decorate with more strawberries on top.
